Born and raised in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, Maureen Manoly is the oldest daughter of three girls. Growing up in a home where her parents value academic excellence and entrepreneurship. With 25 years of ministry by the grace of God and over 20 years in higher education, K-12, and non-profit, Maureen carries a great blend of academic, organizational, administrative expertise.

An avid learner, Maureen earned a Master of Arts in Religion from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (Charlotte, NC) and a Master of Science in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University (Miami, Florida), and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Florida Atlantic University (Boca Raton, FL). She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education with a focus in Organizational Leadership from Liberty University. As the Chief Visionary Officer of Emerge Like Gold, LLC, Maureen is passionate and committed to coaching, mentoring, and assisting individuals, businesses, and ministries to scale up by using strategy as the key that unlocks a realm of possibilities, measurable goals, and results.

Her highest satisfaction is to see her clients achieve their goals and walk in a greater level of confidence, clarity and creativity. Some of her success stories include assisting first-time authors to publish their books, senior ministry and market place leaders and entrepreneurs using her strategies to step into their next season with confidence, and to witness her mentees and coaching clients becoming their most whole, healed, and successful version as they emerge to accomplishing their measurable goals and seeing their vision becoming a tangible reality. Maureen is determined to be the bridge between marketplace and ministry, between vision to manifestation, and prayerful wishes and desires being actualized through the power of prayer, discipline, and the application of the Word of God.
